My experience with ProCare restoration was the worst I ever had with a contractor. They were very unresponsive to my texts, calls and emails. They often did not show up when they said they would and my job took months longer than they originally told me. They tried multiple times to charge me more than they said they would. Worst of all, I now have very noticeable gaps in the wood floors they replaced and they have failed to remedy this despite repeated requests over four month. Super disappointed with ProCare.
Was in desperate need of help when we discovered mold in my daughter’s room. Brad & Nick were on top of it! Thank you so much you guys
Everyone was very helpful/knowledgeable and not trying to scam you. I highly recommend and will use again if ever needed.
