Great place. Shawna was very helpful.
Called and asked if they are contracted with Medicare for compression garments and the woman on the phone said that Medicare does not cover products for Lymphedema. Obviously she's not aware of the lymphedema Act of 2024 which says that they do indeed cover both over the counter and custom-made compression garments. I think employees should be educated on the products that they sell along with insurance coverage.
