Didn’t show up to the job for 18 weeks & I had to track them down to find out if any work was going to be done. The project manager Tommy W. didn’t return calls or emails & we had to fire them. Get anyone else that will show up & actually work on your project.
I had the absolute worst experience with this company and would highly recommend anyone to do their research before hiring them. Back in March, an outdoor pipe burst and flooded our kitchen, dining room, and guest bathroom. Our insurance sent ATI Restoration for mitigation, and that part of the process went smoothly — fast and efficient. Based on that, we decided to continue with ATI for the full home repairs. The people are as unprofessional as they are inept. I've been cursed at I've been threatened to be assaulted and a lot more ugly and terrible experiences. All this led to me throwing them off the job site and going with another contractor just to be rid of them.
