They dramatically helped my back pain and leg numbness. Everyone there was dedicated to helping patients. I strengthened my back and core by learning to walk correctly and do specific exercises. I also tried the Water Exercises and learned so many things to better my health. Huge benefits there.

Without having sustained an injury, I started experiencing piercing pain in my left leg, behind my knee. I could barely walk and the pain was affecting my day to day activities. I went to two different doctors to have it diagnosed and taken care of. Attempts to relieve my pain were unsuccessful.
