They were very patient with me while I selected all my polishes and were very attentive to the shape I asked for. Their pedicures are good as well but be aware they use the grater foot scraper so just keep an eye out for cleanliness. 3 stars because their fill ins are expensive you’re almost better off getting a fresh set.

I visited ProCare Nails recently and unfortunately left disappointed with the initial job on my nails. I left a review as I've been a customer for years and was frustrated. Vicki immediately responded and reminded me to reach out with any issues and did so with kindness and professionalism. She offered to fix my nails to my liking without hesitation, and she truly went above and beyond. Vicky and B are the best!!! Had a little unhappy situation a couple months ago and Vicky fixed it IMMEDIATELY! I recommend speaking with her FIRST before leaving negative reviews and allow her to make it right if you are not satisfied. It’s u fair to not allow a business to correct an issue. That being said, I’m always happy and B and Vicky execute every ask perfectly!! I’m a loyal customer who also tips well! The service is slightly more than others but you get what you pay for!
