I used ProCare about 6 years ago. Then I had a friend who needed to rent a bed and ProCare was the first place I thought to have her call. She called me after she had contacted them and thanked me for recommending them. She said the staff answering the phones were very helpful. They set up a time to deliver and the driver arrived on time. They set up her bed, trained her on all of the functions and asked if she had any questions.
