My wife’s oxygen concentrator is terribly noisy. Contacted Procare the first day and they said the noise is normal. A week or so later after being told by a number of her healthcare providers that her machine was louder than normal I contacted them again. They were going to send a different machine. It’s now been 2weeks.
Great service and very helpful
Well, if you need anything from this place better plan at least a month in advance. I contacted them and sent over paperwork 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting on my medical equipment. Its not that they don't have the item in stock, they are just terrible at getting anything done in a timely manner and also at conveying proper information. Every time I call to check on status, they tell me I have to submit more chart notes from my Dr. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. They still haven't even tried billing my insurance... read more
