I recently had prostate robotic surgery, it’s been a month and I could travel to our winter house, but still having a lot of issues with Control of my bladder. I went online to look to see if they had a travel type catheter so I wouldn’t have to sit in wet pants all day through the flight. I saw they had them at Procare so my wife went there to confirm that they do sell them and we could buy one. Horrible experience, first they wanna charge 3 times the amount for a c-pap machine which is over $3,000 for a $1,000 dollar c-pap machine.l but they accept monthly payments which i was ok with and making payments on an over priced machine. But then the day after making a payment which they agreed to do. They send my bill to collections after.

Each time I’ve had to call to deal with and/or accomplish ANYTHING with ONLY the billing/insurance office, the ladies, Sandy, Debbie & Lori are truly MAGNIFICENT ‼️ These WONDERFUL ladies really do CARE! Their heartwarming care, understanding & friendliness is PHENOMENALLY SUPERB! I honestly appreciate the time & effort they spend helping me.

My daughter was with this service for years. There are some pros and cons about this place but overall I'd say they took good care of us more times than not. Thank you.
