Terrible customer service by phone and they price gouge you if not using insurance. You can speak with the call center and leave a message but speaking to a representative is almost impossible. I needed a part while traveling and they quoted $310 in an email response for a $40 part. I would not recommend this company.
Getting them to answer their phone is impossible! Follow up is non-existent because they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!!
Horrible company, my father traveled to soldota from Florida and left the strap for his cpap mask at home. I called to see if they had one i could buy and the last at the front desk said they had to have a prescription to dispense anything. I explained that it was just a piece of elastic and i could buy them off of Amazon with no prescription. She repeated the line about having to have a prescription to dispense everything like she was a war prisoner being interrogated and was just repeating name, rank and serial number. I a... read more
I gotta say with insurance regulations and provider support this staff definitely has the best interest of the patient in mind. I only wish I had gone to them sooner but my doctor and the people in the medical advising field said it would take longer and not be on my best interest. Long story short I waited almost two months and guess who chose to put me with Pro Care? The same incompetent medical staff who claim that know whats best for their patients.
