Called the number to set up an appointment, was met with a Hello. I asked if this is Procare Home Health, the person then asks who I am, I explain, they tell me there is no such person. I tell them I am that person, and ask again if this is Procare Home health, they finally confirm. My mind was made up immediately at the introduction, I will never be using a company for PT, OT and nursing if this is how you're greeted. The first introduction is the most important and they completely failed.
