Specialties: We only use professional cleaning products: Glass cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner, and floor cleaner are all green seal certified. Most of our products are mild and unscented, although our shower cleaner does have a scent but is green. We clean wood, tile, & linoleum floors with a very mild neutral Ph floor cleaner (similar to Bona brand). Laminate floors are cleaned with our laminate floor cleaner. This company is the best we’ve ever hired. The teams are thorough, careful, responsive and nice. The administrator communicates on schedule every month and is easy to work with if a change is necessary. The price is very reasonable.
ProCare Cleaning gave me a great bid on cleaning our business once a month. Just a good cleaning of the restrooms and floors. Werent the lowest or the highest and have been VERY happy with what they do! Definitely recommend.
Nothing has changed since Procare took over Bedknobs and Broomsticks. Same friendly, professional staff that does excellent work. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
The teams at ProCare are friendly, professional, thorough, punctual, and fast. I have a few areas where I like a little more attention, and after discussing it with the team on their first visit, those items are always accomplished (for years now), regardless of the personnel. Communication with the teams and management is excellent. I highly recommend them.
These owners are not capable of caring about their employees let alone clients. They don't listen to complaints about either. I highly suggest you check the work being done. As my pictures will reveal it's subpar. Professional cleaning? It's a joke!
