The good- customer service is amazing! The bad-delivery on seat brackets will take a few years. Yep, no joke. Car seats were delivered super fast, but what good are they if you can’t use them? I wish they would list the lead time on their website. Had I known it would take so long, I would’ve have purchased seats or brackets. I ordered brackets 16 months ago and still dont have one of them.
Order placed 14-Nov-2024. It is now 11-Dec-2024. I have contacted them numerous times for a status update and have never received a reply. I haven't decided to report them to my credit card for fraud yet, but that's probably what will happen. I'll never deal with this company or buy any of their product again.
