Thankful that we found Procar to service our vehicles! Very knowledgeable and they have amazing communication throughout the repair process. 100% recommend!
Service was good until, a friend bought a vehicle. There were issues we brought the day she bought. her transmission went completely out. They went to fix it. And help the truck for 3 months, so she couldn’t even use her 30 days to return the truck. They kept going in circles with us until we threatened legal action. Then fixed the problem immediately.. coincidence? I think not.. not even a month later her thermostat goes out. They have her bring it in. And tell her to keep driving the truck till the part comes in. Part gets... read more

I brought in tires to get mounted to my rims. Hours later I received a call from them saying they were done and one of my rims was damaged. When I got there we looked at the damage and they offered to pay for free services. Upon further inspection, when I arrived home, it wasn't just the 2 spots they showed me but ALL OVER the rim. They stated they were all balanced out and the damaged rim also conveniently was bent. They rode fine before I brought them in. No vibrations.
