If I could give this property management company 0 stars, I would. There is a lack of accountability and responsiveness (literally weeks to respond to a single email from the designated property manager) for our community. I assumed when paying for a property management company, they actually MANAGE the property, not just collect the fees.
They are absolutely horrible!!! They think home owners work for them but yet we pay them . They let properties turn into ghettos .
They were part of a "Hybrid" Property Management collaboration for Glen Waye Gardens where the Paid Property Manager is also the President of the Board. ProCam of Maryland pretty much just collected the condo fees. Everything else was handled by the end all be all Paid Property Manager/President of the Board!
