In my opinion, this HOA company has been extremely disappointing to work with. From my perspective, communication is one of their biggest shortcomings—I rarely get timely responses, and when I do, they feel dismissive or incomplete. It often leaves me feeling like homeowners’ voices aren’t being heard. I’ve also felt a real lack of transparency.
