I wish I could rate zero. Authenticity is not their best trait. I get it's a business but Money is their only mission
Just moved into our dream home constructed by ProBuilt and we could not be happier with the finished product! The total build time was 6 months and our project manager was wonderful to work with. Where building a home is usually a stressful process, the ProBuilt team made it easy and smooth. ProBuilt has great processes and a great team... from sales team, to selections, to building and completion, all of it went better than expected. We are super grateful!
We would not build with Probuilt knowing what we know now. We started our build in December 2020 and completed in November 2021, a few weeks shy of 1 year total for build time. Major Quality Issues - There was a leak through the windows during a storm due to improper flashing and water entered the home. - There was a plumbing leak that according to our plumber was due to improper installation (no sealant used). - We had been told the job was 100% done so we planted our grass, but county inspection on the grade failed.
