I'm confused by the negative review of one person that wrote not to trust this company. This company just finished remodeling our bathroom. We absolutely trust ProBuilt Bath & Kitchen!! Troy is not only kind and personable; he is very knowledgeable and professional. His suggestions for our bathroom proved correct. ProBuilt used quality material and the workmanship is above and beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend this company.
Didn’t find ProBuilt to be very professional. Troy didn’t take my bid request seriously- he tried to sell me on their materials vs. find out what my vision was for the project. He barely took any measurements and didn’t listen to what I had to say. When he asked my budget- I told him I wasn’t sure - I told him the national average for a master bath remodel was 20k per what I researched but I was hoping to get some bids to determine what would be reasonable for my specific situation, which could be completely different. We selected Troy with Pro Built after multiple estimates based on reviews. We felt that Troy truly understood what we wanted and provided a reasonable price. We started with a remodel of the master bathroom and loved the results. We expanded the shower (adding a bench) and reshaped the closet. It blends perfectly with the rest of the bath. After good results, we had Pro Built modify a wall and add backsplash in our kitchen. Again, great results. We had all 3 of our bathrooms remodeled over the last 2 years. ProBuilt did them all and we are very happy. Everyone we met in the company is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. You won't regret it.
