We purchased MI Window brand windows from Builders First Source for our home, the construction of which was completed in 2020. They were represented as good windows for a third or more less than the price of an Anderson or Pella windows. Since 2020 we have had to replace all the arch top windows for defects, now for the fourth time. (Leaks between glass panes which cause mold, etc. clouding windows. We ordered 2 French doors. Were to be delivered Friday April 10th at 3. Called Friday morning to verify delivery. Delivery was verified to be at 3. Never showed up. No one called to report delay. Called at 4:05 to check status. No one answered. They close at 4. Company is closed Saturday and Sunday which is when I scheduled someone to install. This is a big pain.
