We had a new construction home with a defect on the glass sliding door. Our builder arranged for this company to come out and replace the door. They reach out and schedule a time no problem. Then proceeds to take off the door and attempt to put the new one on, but it’s the wrong size. So he spent 2 hours at our house trying to put the wrong door on and the old one back on with the help of my husband.
