Probst Auto has incredible customer service. I wish all businesses were that pleasant to work with. Incredibly honest, fair, friendly, and the work I had done there was also meticulously done!

Our van looked great after we got it back. The bumper was fixed and they detailed it making it look like new. Plus the staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and they keep you informed during the repair process.
I have had my fair share of being in the body shop here lately. Between getting back into, to hitting a raccoon, and to being rear ended. But every time, Probst Auto Body is the first thing that comes to mind. Even after being their three times in the last year they still impress me on how fast they are able to get the job done. I would highly recommend using Probst Auto Body the next time you have a fender bender!
I had a great experience with Probst Auto Body! A deer ran into the driver side of my car on Christmas and damaged the majority of the drivers side. I was dreading the repair process and dealing with insurance but they made it so easy! Estimate on site and sent it all to State Farm for me. All while keeping me informed during the entire process, even making sure things were just right when it was done! They went above and beyond my expectations! I really have to say thank you from the bottom of my heart!
The staff is very friendly and easy to work with!! They kept me very informed on the progress of my van! They also helped me get a rental van! Very pleased with the staff and the hard work they put in to making my van look great! Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repair! Thanks again Probst Auto Body
They were very friendly and wonderful to work with and kept us well informed about the progress of our van being repaired. They took care of our transportation needs while our van was in the shop by providing us with a courtesy car. They go above and beyond for the customer. I definitely would use them again if the need ever came.
