I would advise against doing business with Kevin Kelly. He makes promises and then when he misses deadlines that he himself establishes, he does not return calls or texts. Very unreliable and subprofessional. i cannot speak to the quality of his work, as he never started my job. I first contacted him in April, it is now July.
