I had a very urgent question about a medication they were to administer -- but they don't answer their phone. Called multiple times -- always went to message. Very poor customer service.
If you got the newer BEAR surgery to repair your ACL (I did) and are wondering if any PTs here have experience with it - Brett and Ryan here have both had BEAR patients before. I've been going to this facility for about 4 months now, all the PTs here are very professional, fun to talk to, and are good at what they do.
They don’t answer the call.
I wish I could give them negative stars!!!! The place is nothing but a bunch of "hipsters" running around pressing their finger's on tummies and hips, handing you exercise balls telling you to stretch your pain away!!! ALL of them talk about patient's to each other even in front of other patient's they don't care, two of them right in front of me degrading them calling them weird/stupid and degrading their pain level.
