I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my wonderful experience at Trinity Health Physical Therapy on Carpenter Road in Ann Arbor. I’ll be honest, I was never a big fan of physical therapy. My mom goes to Probility's Ann Arbor Carpenter Rd location for osteoarthritis in her knee. She has been most impressed with the staff, everyone has treated her so well. Kristen, Chad, and Lauren have worked with her regularly. They are so compassionate! thank you!

At the Carpenter Rd. location: The staff is so courteous, helpful and friendly. The Physical Therapists listen, take their time, and do whatever they can to help you regain what is necessary. The Assistants are VERY knowledgable and work hard to make sure your time is maximized while putting you through exercises necessary for recovery.

My PT experience at this location was fantastic. I was really nervous about trying PT again, but I worked with a number of folks here and every single one was incredibly patient, respectful, helpful, and encouraging. Everyone I worked with also listened to me - they let me explain my experiences or concerns and tell them my priorities and goals.
