Bought a jockey wheel from this place, which broke after a very few times of using. Won’t replace the product, but offered a lousy $30 off to purchase a new one. I’ve since found this product on online a lot cheaper. Check your prices before shopping here and remember that don’t take any responsibility of faulty items.
I purchased a jockey stand and experienced problems with it within 2 weeks of purchase. I went to Probar Caboolture for assistance. I began to outline the issue with the staff member who had actually sold me the item. .As I had not kept my paper receipt he abruptly cut me off and pointed to a sign on the desk ( no refund without receipt ) … I not even asked for a refund.. and basically said he was interested. Great people and very helpful
Needed an extended tow hitch for a side by side. The older guy who served me checked the dimensions l provided to make sure it would fit and I was on my way pretty quick. Better service than what I got at one of the big name auto stores I tried in town.
lots of stock and good selection however the 2 guys in the front counter are rude as hell. i spent $120 there anyway but wow one guy even through the “get in our system paper work at me “. where’s a Hans? at least he is polite. get some customer service you clowns ok since you have not allowed me to reply here is a reply i never closed any business as i never owned the business that you refer to, if you look at a lot of review made regarding your business they also state the attitude of your front counter men. mmm go figure ... read more
