I want to give the gentlemen at Probar, Caboolture, an amazing well earned 5 star wrap. I came in “thinking” all I wanted was a new spring, and came away knowing much more about suspension and springs and got the correct parts that I needed. Daz, Karl and Jas, are all so helpful, and knowledgeable and always give of their time and knowledge freely. Thankyou Probar, I appreciate your friendly help and expert knowledge. Thankyou.
Absolutely appalling customer service from Daz. We came in to get a tow bar and provided a simple list of requirements from our camper supplier. Instead of helping, he chose to complain about us being “camper customers” and acted like everything was too hard. If it wasn’t for Jason stepping in, offering proper guidance, and actually knowing what he was talking about, we would have walked straight out. If you’re that unhappy in your job, maybe it’s time to move on — because customers shouldn’t have to deal with that attitude.... read more
