We have purchased a machine from Polin which probake is a vendor for, machine was great while it lasted. I've had an issue with my cookie depositor for 2 weeks now and their "experts" can't diagnose the issue with my machine. That means 2 weeks of not being able to produce anything. Customer service at probake? Non existent. Rude over the phone and do not bother picking up calls. I've spent thousands on parts and labor but am unable to fix the machine.... seems like its a cheap Chinese knockoff you dont/can't get service for... read more
