Dr Proano is the kindest man in the world! Uses newer medications and gives great diagnosis. Refer him to friends and family!
Does not care for his patients time at all. He double books, arrives late (even more than 30min after the appointment). Additionally, does not follow up when his patients are experiencing a major depression event.
