My experience at ProActive Work Health Services was helpful in my first workers comp related injury. I came in not really understanding the process and the steps it would take to get the help I needed. But once I was accessed, Dr. Patel and his team were diligent to ensure I had a full road to recovery.

This is one of the worst experience the people so no care. Four people sitting behind the desk and no one working. They display a careless attitude. The girl that checked me in was horrible in customer service. She appear to be Mexican and had a white hair holder in her head. It's disappointing to see people of this caliber working on the public. I came in Here for a job drug screening.. you cannot make an appointment its walk in only. I literally waited 1.5 hours... there was only 4 people ahead of me. I had another appointment so I had to walk out. 2 out of the 4 people who were ahead of me actually got called back. I dont know what kind of nonsense goes on here but It shouldnt take 1.5 hrs for only 2 patients to do their drug screenings .. I cane back hours later same day and 1 person was there ahead of me...
