The Drumming Cardio class was wonderful. Energetic and fun. Recommend it.
Love my Proactive Wellness Class. For over five years i was not consistent with my exercise life.however, after attending Proactive i am back in the grove. My health is better and my body is regaining its shape. All this in less than a year. Big thanks Debbie.

Dr Arena was wonderful! He already pinpointed where my pain was coming from while I was still struggling to put it into words. I learned a lot about my neck and back and have much more range of motion. I already love Proactive because of the fitness classes and now I've got a new chiropractor too lol!
