Very frustrating experience. I call to schedule an appointment and ask directly if they take my insurance for the service I want. They answer yes and I scheduled my appointment at their next opening about 2 weeks out. The day of appointment just hours before they tell me my insurance is out of network for that service so it's out of pocket. Complete lack of respect for my time. I waited 2 weeks for nothing and now have to search for another office and schedule that out however far it is.

Dr. McMillin and his team at ProActive Spine Care are truly world class. Rather than get you in a routine of constant visits like other offices might, they focus on the root cause of your problem and incorporate rehab to strengthen your weak points so you don't need constant adjustment. Coming to see Dr McMillin was a turning point in my recovery journey. I'd had pain in my shoulder from a sports injury. When I met Dr McMillin, he laid out a game plan which put me on a path to recovery. He's easy to communicate with, and remembers details about me and my issues.
