I've been pushing through neck & shoulder pain for years. I have daily dizziness, fatigue, ear pain, headaches and migraines, etc. I have had MRIs and CAT scans and physical therapy trying to figure out what's going on. I presented with two big issues-I had a Achilles tendonitis that was so painful I could barely walk..5 sessions of laser therapy and it was gone! I had a spinal fusion done in 2019 and it was fused with one hip 1.5 inches higher than the other and caused me to develop scoliosis...over the years it inflamed the SI JOINT and I had a lot of back pain. I truly can’t thank this office enough. I was in severe pain, and even though it was Sunday and they’re normally closed, my chiropractor came in to see me without hesitation. That level of compassion and dedication is something you don’t see often. He took the time to evaluate me, listened to my concerns, and provided care that gave me significant relief. Very frustrating experience. I call to schedule an appointment and ask directly if they take my insurance for the service I want. They answer yes and I scheduled my appointment at their next opening about 2 weeks out. The day of appointment just hours before they tell me my insurance is out of network for that service so it's out of pocket. Complete lack of respect for my time. I waited 2 weeks for nothing and now have to search for another office and schedule that out however far it is.
