My lower back was giving some trouble after playing pickleball for 7 days straight. I wasn’t able to stand upright without being in pain! Thank you Dr Mike for bringing me the relief and showing me different exercises to help ease the pain. Now I am back on pickleball courts again feeling 100%!

You might think meeting a stranger on a three hour flight would be just another day, until you realize how much of an impact they make.
