Favoritism rained supreme while I worked there. Two brothers were the supervisors and the younger one named Sherwin would sleep during his shift. Low pay was also a major flaw.
Don't know what That person is talking about but I worked there for 10 Years. They showed me nothing but loyalty and they never missed a paycheck. If your in Rockville/Gaithersburg I highly recomend them!

The worst security experience i have ever did. I started out full time and ended up quitting because the manager gave my days and hours to another officer and left me with one day a week. Then the manager told me he was writing a schedule up for all the officers and told me he would call me back and never did. He then ignored my calls after i`ve be waiting for his calls for a month and he took almost 2 months on putting my hours i worked on my check, so overall i quit.
