Dan at Proactive was excellent to deal with. Never tried to upsell or persuade me. Also, Proactive only relies on word of mouth, they don't go door to door, huge plus in my book. He also kept me updated and showed up exactly when he said he would.

Dan and his team are above and beyond responsive. They completed the job a week after receiving the bid, and finished the job in one day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
After the new roof and gutters, it became obvious that we needed pressure washing with some siding repair and painting. Proactive came through once again! Work was excellent with attention to every detail. The crew was able to complete the work in a couple of days, including having to replace several sections of siding while keeping the cost within the quoted estimate. Very happy with the results!
