If I could give them zero stars I would!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR THESE PEOPLE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY OR HOA!!! They do absolutely nothing but collect dues! They do not help or enforce ANY of the bylaws so, why do they exist? It would be better to have no HOA at all than to hire these people to manage your property! Been over a week now and we have NO WASHERS OR DRYERS!! No notice was given or an expected time frame. Should have been replaced the same day but with PROACTIVE it will take as long as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just like getting a phone call back! been waiting since Friday and still nothing. Use another company as this is just not acceptable!
