Wonderful.. explains everything so I could understand
I was very impressed by Dr. Hinduja and her staff. They were thorough and very professional while being warm and supportive. I had been putting off seeing a podiatrist for a long time (too long) but I am so very glad I finally went to Proactive Podiatry.
Check-in process was fast, girls at front desk was friendly, nurse that put everything into computer for vituals and information on why I was being seen was very friendly. Dr Hinduja was very friendly and explained everything she was going to do for the procedure, she made sure I was okay several times throughout the procedure. She took the time to get to know me also, which made me feel welcomed.
I left without seeing the doctor after being verbally insulted by the front desk receptionist. She practically called me a liar over my insurance plan. My experience with the receptionist was her being unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.
All service was excellent from checking in to x-rays to examination everything was really nice
