I just want to say I worked closely with Derek and his amazing team who helped me resolve all my medical issues I would recommend them 100% they are. Very knowledgeable and they work hard to make you feel great !!! Happy with there work overall!!!!

Proactive physical therapy was a great resource for healing a long term injury. Both Taylor and Derek are skilled therapists who never gave up on healing my injury. They were willing and diligent about trying new and different approaches until my injury improved-and always with a pleasant, caring demeanor. And Jeanette was a kind, cheerful and knowledgeable part of the crew. I would definitely return to Proactive Physical should the need arise.
