I am so grateful that I found Proactive in Tualatin. I went in with incredible shoulder pain. Literally couldn't move. Derek did my intake and actually had my shoulder moving on day 1. After 3 months I'm happy to report my shoulder feels amazing and I'm back to 110%. Thank you Derek and Taylor. Jeanette at the Front desk is great also. Knows the ins and outs of insurance.
The entire staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They push me to do my best and I have improved dramatically.
Derek Olson and the team at ProActive are wonderful. Derek helped me recover from a bout of sudden-onset vertigo, then continued to help when the vertigo worsened and persisted for several weeks. Derek was warm, kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, his guidance patient and effective. I worked with Taylor a couple of times as well, who is also terrific: grounded, present, warm, funny, effective. Chris, their assistant, is helpful and encouraging. Jeanette, at the front desk, is welcoming, efficient, easy going. Highly recommend!
The staff are respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. Derek the director worked on my TMJ (does work on TMD) and Vestibular Hypofunction for vertigo issues. He's an excellent diagnostician, getting to the core of issue, then implements a plan of PT. I highly recommend this location and the staff.
