I have been dealing with an ongoing health issue for over 21 months and in that time I have been to over 200+ medical appointments. Physical therapy has been a game changer and actually helped me. Derek is the best of the best, you can tell he truly wants to help people. I have and would recommend him to any of my family or friends. He knows what he’s talking about and I have learned so much that has helped me immensely with lifting

I just completed 15 PT sessions over the past few months for a hamstring injury at Proactive Tualatin, the majority with Taylor Hefty. Taylor provided me a vast array of exercises for me to do at home, explained how important it was to maintain a home routine, measured my progress, corrected my form. In addition to home and clinic exercises, he included soft tissue massage as part of my treatment. I am pain free and know what to do if pain ever returns.
