RecommendedI have used Proactive for ankle sprains, knee pain, and a achilles tendon over the past three years. Their staff is well trained and they have a well equipped facility and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
The facility, equipment and techs here are great. The only drawbacks from giving it 5 stars is their dismal lack of reserved handicap parking. This office is immediately adjacent to a Jerry Bob’s Restaurant and both share two handicap parking spots when Proactive itself could use several alone for its clientele. So some folks with total joint replacements have to be dropped off curb side or use their walkers/crutches for a walk across the parking lot.
