Ethan has helped me with severe runners knee. As a dancer, my knees flare up and I accumulate fluid in my joints and it can be very painful. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for the team working at Proactive Physical Therapy as they are always there to help with all of my dance related injuries. Allison has treated our family for over 10 years for a variety of issues and injuries. She has extensive experience with athletes of all ages and is certified in advanced techniques. We have been able to heal more quickly, correct weaknesses, and improve strength and flexibility, depending on what the need was. Allison has been my go to physical therapist for the past 9 + years. She has been the only person who has relieved my back spasms and hip pain from all my years of gymnastics and cheerleading. She helped me with rehabilitating myself through injuries and coping with my back pains from pregnancy. I reccomend her to everyone!!!
