Lotsa sports injuries over the years snowboarding, boxing, climbing, ankles, knees, shoulders & I usually seek PT assistance at a PT business next to my office however the recent neck injury prompted the Dr to send me to ProActive, which is approx 20-25 miles away. But you know, the staff here including Hannah know their stuff & helped me with preventative care for the future so that my neck hopefully will not freeze up again. Recommended.
Today was my last session at ProActive Physical Therapy on Oracle Road, and I have to say, I was extremely sad to leave. I am truly going to miss the wonderful staff! I started coming here to work on my mobility issues due to needing both hips replaced, along with back and knee problems. Hannah was my physical therapist, and she is absolutely wonderful. I participated in PT sessions with ProActive (PA) for three weeks following meniscus surgery. I figured I would go to PA for one or two sessions to get an idea of what exercises I could do at home, but ended up going for three weeks. Travis, Connor and the rest of the team kept me challenged and adapted to my recovery needs. By the last session I was 95% back to my pre surgery activities.

ProActive on Oracle is a great place to do physical therapy. I've been a few times over the past few years - first for a knee issue, a few years later back/hip problems, and most recently a rotator cuff / shoulder injury. I worked with Travis and Andrew most recently. They're great. The whole team is great! Everyone (from the front desk to the techs to the PT assistants to Travis) - is super friendly and knows your name. They listen to you and they know what they're doing.
