I participated in PT sessions with ProActive (PA) for three weeks following meniscus surgery. I figured I would go to PA for one or two sessions to get an idea of what exercises I could do at home, but ended up going for three weeks. Travis, Connor and the rest of the team kept me challenged and adapted to my recovery needs. By the last session I was 95% back to my pre surgery activities.

ProActive on Oracle is a great place to do physical therapy. I've been a few times over the past few years - first for a knee issue, a few years later back/hip problems, and most recently a rotator cuff / shoulder injury. I worked with Travis and Andrew most recently. They're great. The whole team is great! Everyone (from the front desk to the techs to the PT assistants to Travis) - is super friendly and knows your name. They listen to you and they know what they're doing. The Team at Pro Active on Oracle is staffed with the best Therapist and techs in Tucson. I had two full knee replacement surgeries , 12-weeks apart, and Travis Mason and the Team at Pro Active brought me through the therapy on both Knees in less than four Months. I was able to hike a 2.5 mile trail in Saguaro East 10-days after my Final session.
