My time at proactive PT was as solid as any company I’ve ever been associated with. The lead PTs and associates really made my rehab complete and taught me what is important when I left. The ladies at the front desk to all working there were so professional and kind . Top shelf !
From the front desk to the back offices and all in between, the level of professionalism, competency, care and engagement was absolutely phenomenal. I will highly recommend PAPT (North Central) to all my friends, many who are avid cyclists in their 60's & 70's like me, where high quality and effective PT is very important!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My sincere thanks go to Kathi, Sydney, Holly, Travis, Andrew, Katie and Nicole. Each and every one of them were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The recovery from my knee replacement could not have gone better. Kathi and Sydney especially were awesome in their work with me.
