After my first physical therapy session after my total knee replacement I was encouraged that I was at the right place and in good hands for getting my life back in track!
I "graduated," today, from hand therapy by Alicia, ably assisted by Siraj (who I hope will forgive me if I didn't spell his name correctly!). I have never had hand therapy, before, and I am duly impressed with Alicia's knowledge, and with her ability to put the patient at ease...when she isn't busy creating just a tiny bit of discomfort! Great sense of humor, too; and she made a splint for me to wear on my finger at night. I haven't tested the waters, but I'm wondering whether there is anything she cannot do!
