The therapist is an exceptional listener. She designed exercises and stretches specific to my injury. I was carefully monitored to ensure that the program was carried out correctly. During physical manipulation, the therapist frequently checked to make sure the pressure was appropriate for me. She is thorough and compassionate, a very skilled physical therapist. I have returned to ProActive for three separate injuries and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The atmosphere in the clinic is positive and enjoyable for the patients.
Britanie is great! She listens with care and helps set manageable goals. She’s sensitive to your individual needs. I highly recommend her for PT!
I am beyond impressed with this team. My chiropractor referred me and said to go to the Tumwater location. I’m so glad he cares for me and this team does too. They have me do new exercises each time but not too much. They know my body more than me it feels like. And they have me ice there because I don’t have ice packs yet for my body. This is such a great, hassle free place to heal. I wasn’t able to get into my surgery center for weeks and they suggested Pro Active for me to try. What a great referral it turns out to be. Close to home, lots of free parking and very friendly attentive staff to help move me back into regular physical activities. I would highly recommend Pro Active for your next Rehab.
