Consuelo has been super helpful in my pregnancy journey not only in supporting/guiding the physical changes that come with pregnancy, but she also has relieved pain through physiotherapy and exercise and has also been super insightful and educative. Highly recommend!
Unless I’m missing something…. but how does a pelvic floor physio clinic with multiple therapists not offer any appointments after regular work hours? In a world where womens health is already a fee for service industry can we not at least have some hours available for working 9-5 women?
I was referred to this wonderful place by my operating surgeon for therapy . So far it’s been an excellent experience , I am scheduled for 2 more sessions so far and feel benefits from my first visit .

I was treated for vaginismus by Laurie Bickerton and I cannot endorse her highly enough. When I first went to see Laurie I was in a lot of pain from a tight pelvic floor. A gynaecological exam was completely out of the question. Laurie gave me exercises to ease the pain and stretch the muscles in the area. She was patient, kind, reassuring and supportive as we worked through the vaginismus at a pace that was comfortable to me.
