Until today I was happy with the care I received. The staff is competent. However, professionalism is lacking. It's very discouraging to overhear staff conversations through the closed exam door that relate to your specific health concerns. I made it to my car before bursting into tears because of embarrassment.
This clinic offers the best and most efficient healthcare I have ever had! (And I am 61 so I have had lots of years of experiencing various healthcare professionals and the facilities they work at.) I have had three nurse practitioners, and they have all been caring and helpful. Staff are quick to refill my prescriptions. I only have to push one button when I call and a receptionist picks up.
