I have to start off with the fact that I have major white coat syndrome and I (in the past) used every excuse to not go to the doctor because I have always felt like the doctors/nurses/staff didn’t truly care. But the folks here at Proactive MD have completely proven me wrong and has made me more comfortable with going to the doctor and has made me feel better about getting help when I truly need it. Went to my appointment very stressed almost crying and I left my appointment smiling. They really take their time here treating you. I never fell rushed and they always take their time to listen. Ngozi is the best medical professional I’ve ever seen. She makes me laugh and laughs at my jokes. She’s always empathetic and asks me about my personal life making feel cared for. I highly recommend this place!
