Wow, what fantastic service from all the beautiful friendly staff, from the welcoming staff to the physiotherapists themselves. My 94 year old mother and I have never been so warmly welcomed and helped as were were at Proactive Health & Movement today. Couldn't ask for more friendly service. I saw Ryan at Proactive Health & Movement for a few months to support my recovery following ankle surgery in late 2024. Ryan was absolutely amazing. He made the rehab process easy to follow and ensured I felt confident in doing each exercise correctly. He checked in with me regularly, kept the exercises varied before they became repetitive, and was flexible when other things came up that required changes to the plan. Jacob was very caring and thoughtful, I felt at ease with him. He kept me informed of everything that needed to be achieved and how it would be.
Been a client here for years with both Daniel (podiatrist) and Jacob (physio) and I'd never go anywhere else. Genuinely feels like they want you to get better and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. Both Dan and Jacob have reached out during my respective rehab periods to check in when they didn't have to which was really impressive, and all of the other staff I've met have been lovely as well
