I came to Dr. Belkowski with two problems: left arm strain and right wrist strain. Within a few minutes, using the dry needling, Dr. Mike located the sources of both problems and relieved the pain. Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend ProActive Health to anyone dealing with pain. Dr. Belkowski is informative, efficient and easy talk to.
I was dealing with shoulder pain several weeks ago after rock climbing and visited with Dr. Belkowski. He offers excellent care and innovative therapy techniques such as dry needling and Mulligan manual techniques which significantly reduced my pain after one visit. He is also knowledgeable about exercise therapy and anything related to sports injury. Highly recommended.
