I’ve seen 2 different providers at this clinic and have not been disappointed. The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and pleasant. It’s never an issue getting through to make any changes to my appointments. I’m currently under Dr. Des and Dr. Dan’s care for 2 separate issues. Both of their approaches have been nothing but consistent and instills high hopes in my recovery. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional quality treatments.

Scott really knows his stuff. He will fix any sports injury, old or new. I trust him to have me back playing hockey fast whenever I develop a new issue and he provides great advice to prevent future injuries as well. Highly recommended. A++
All the people who work at Proactive are very friendly and helpful. I went in thinking I pulled one muscle and while they were fixing it found another issue that began 21 years ago from a car accident. Now they are fixing both and my future looks like a lot less pain. Now I can get back to playing sports. Thank you.
