I love my therapist but I have no words to describe how rude and incompetent the front office staff is. One example is I got an email Bill I paid it got a receipt and I checked my online banking it was there in 5 hours later I got another bill asking me to pay not to mention the one interaction I had with them they were terribly rude and incompetent no wonder there are so many one-star reviews
been going here for over a decade. getting ahold of these people is like pulling teeth now. and when you finally do reach someone, they are rude in the front office. they make you feel like a burden. my anxiety actually goes up when attempting to call them. not good for my mental health.
I have been with this practice for over 10 years. If it wasn't for my psychiatrist I would have left a long time ago. The women at the front desk are so rude, talking to them is a horrible experience. They have yelled at me, refused to refill medication. It feels like I have to beg for someone to be nice and even that turns bad. I don't leave reviews as I think most people are just having a bad day.
