Highly recommend these guys. When our ducted heating stoped working Martin was able to come out the very next day and had a look. He was on time, polite and very informative, he was able to order the part we needed and installed it as soon as it arrived. From the time we called the office to the final fix and payment the team at Proactive air conditioning have been a pleasure to deal with, great service, and a very competitive price. Thankyou.

I've been using Proactive Air Conditioning Canberra for years and have just had their techo out again for a biannual check of my aircon/heating. Their service has always been first-rate, capable, punctual and thoroughly professional. I can highly recommend.

I would HIGHLY recommend Martin from Proactive Air Conditioning Canberra to anyone with cooling or heating problems. He provided excellent expert advice and service. A duct in our ducted air conditioning system disconnected under our house. We called Proactive Air Conditioning Canberra and they sent someone the same day. Martin arrived on time and was very polite. Martin fixed the duct, and provided advice on the system, which was extremely helpful.
