They have completed several jobs for me in the past. But on the last job they refused to own a mistake the electrician made on the roof penetrations. In the end I was forced to replace 10 x colourbond roof sheets at my own cost.
We can't recommend Proactive highly enough. We were referred to them through the company that installed our split system who were equally amazing which is why we were pretty confident that they would do a great job. And they certainly did. We have had ongoing issues with the service provided by Proactive for some time. The air conditioning unit in our office is still blowing black dust & has been for years. Additionally, their administrative staff are incredibly rude. We'll be going elsewhere moving forward.
