I do not see how this company can say they clean your carpet when the machine they use does not extract the dirt from the carpet. To me it just cleaned the surface. There was no vacuuming process that would remove the dirt or the excess water. The lady that did the cleaning needs to be more careful with the equipment as not to scratch the walls in our new house. We have had carpets cleaned by professionals before and have never had the dirt and water not vacuumed out.
Karen was prompt and did an excellent job! Highly suggest and will call again.

Hired this company to clean our carpets for dog pee in the house we just purchased! It was a ripoff. I had to rent a carpet cleaner to do it myself. I was so disappointed with the results because the carpet smell was awful and still there after Karen did it in a quick time frame. When I did it the smell was gone!!! Stay away I feel like I should be reimbursed my money. Scam!!!
