Hired this company to clean our carpets for dog pee in the house we just purchased! It was a ripoff. I had to rent a carpet cleaner to do it myself. I was so disappointed with the results because the carpet smell was awful and still there after Karen did it in a quick time frame. When I did it the smell was gone!!! Stay away I feel like I should be reimbursed my money. Scam!!!
Outstanding job by Karen! Took a couch and two chairs we were going to throw away and made them look like new! Awesome cleaning process that they use - Extremely effective and dried quickly. Highly recommend and will use again.
Id give it 0 if I could. Worse cleaning service I’ve ever seen. Cleaner was here 40 minutes for a 8 seat sectional. Basically wet it down and left. Nothing was cleaned and stains are visible. Terrible service. Stay far far away.
