While the general customer service is kind and personable, the pharmacy and insurance is a unacceptable level of some combination of delays, internal lack of communication, or lack of actual work being done for the orders. I have had to get two emergency refills for epilepsy meds, and will have to get a third now as I called and got them to process it today, rather than ten days ago when a previous C.S. rep said it would be processed and shipped within two days of that call, only to find out ten days later that it was never ... read more

Just the enrollment process itself is like going back to 1980. The enrollment letter says go to website and register. Done. Get email saying received and you will get confirmation in next 24 hours... niope. 14 days later I finally CALL and get obviously at-home tech support (with barking dog in the background) who then tells me its better to PRINT and MAIL enrollment forms.... say WHAT?? She then tells me she has to transfer me to yet another party to take my payment methods as I cannot manage this myself inside the pr... read more

Horrible horrible company medicine always 2 to 3 weeks late they have held scripts until to late then tell you to contact physician. Always on hold average 20 to 30 min and if they can’t answer quest they hang up! Rude staff from everyone even supervisors . Do not use this service if you can avoid it! Do not recommend 2 to 3 weeks without blood pressure medicine. It takes average 14 days to process any script any and for 30 day script charge 90!

HORRIBLE company to deal with staff is rude and not helpful even supervisors! They billed and sent wrong medicine and would not refund when told of mistake. They also bill 90 days for a 30 day prescription because they don’t fill 30 day scripts. They have tried to tell my physician how to prescribe his medicine and they are more expensive then CVS. If you don’t mind price gouging and rude unhelpful staff and can go 2 to 3 weeks waiting on meds then this is your pharmacy! Otherwise stay clear !!!!’

This place is horrendous!! I would avoid them at all costs, if your employer makes you use them email them now and tell them to change it. I was prescribed a medication a month ago. I walked into CVS to pick it up the next day and they told me ProAct had blocked the medication. Long story short after a month of calling them about 3-4 times a week, a month later I still don’t have a medication I’m supposed to be taking everyday and not one customer service representative seems to care in the slightest. I have had my dr.’s off... read more

Proact had horrible customer service the prices are higher than my regular pharmacy and my prescriptions are always 2 to 3 weeks late. They stated we’ll follow up with doctor get scripts and mail. They have never done this I have been without my BP medicine 2 weeks and they state is “sorry don’t know what happened “. That might work the first time but the second and third no excuse! High prices poor poor customer service ! Rude people when asked regarding these problems just get sorry. I Asked if u have a heart att... read more
