I don't like to leave negative reviews but the inspection was not thorough. No point of entry was discovered. I ended up doing a thorough look around by myself a week later after my dog got 2 mice in the basement.. found a big wide open vent near the ground which was clearly the issue. Once we closed that, the issue resolved. This was my first time dealing with this and I called an expert for help and was charged over $200 for it.
