Terrible place to rent from. Awful customer service. Down right rude people who don't care about you. Every positive review I have seen online are from people who are EMPLOYEES!!!! Beware.
Pro-X is a company looking to take your money without much care about your experience and safety. They did not notify me of specific specifications for the re-turn of the deposit after many conversations towards their expectations of the rental when leaving. I received less than partial of my deposit for things that were there prior to me moving in. The safety of myself and those staying with me at times was always a concern. Would not recommend Pro-X to any college students.
I have rented from this company twice at 2 different locations. AWFUL. Would NOT recommend. You will NEVER get a deposit back. They do not care about you or your safety.
I especially like the lady at the front desk, super friendly super helpful. But the whole team is great.
Great company who really cares about their clients. Whether it is purchasing a home or renting they can help!
