To say the least, the experience was horrible. Paul, had my wheel for 3 plus weeks made excuse after excuse for not having it done. He said he couldnt find the parts, nobody has them, they where really expensive, wrong ones sent. I went to Bright Kawasaki and they had the parts in stock!!! Bright had the part in and back within 24 hrs.
