I am quite impressed by the customer service provided by Pro-West. I called in at 11:08 AM and by 13:11 I received an email indicating that my replacement Riobel cartridge was ready for pickup. After a 2 hour drive, my Riobel cartridge was installed and my shower was ready for use again. Many thanks!
