I contacted the manufacturer for a leaking issue and was advised to buy replacement parts. Since Pro-West is located in the same province, I called them to place the order. To my surprise, Pro-West had the profile of my home. Though I’m not the original owner, Pro-West shipped the parts to me free of charge per the policy.
